stacks after に

When you can't use it

も directly replaces は, が, and を (私わたしも, never ×私わたしはも), but it stacks after other particles: 友達ともだちにも話はなした, 学校がっこうでも使つかう.

Easily confused with

は Both can sit where は would. は singles its noun out ("as for X"); も adds it to what came before ("X too"). は contrasts, も includes.
