Easily confused with

まったく Same 'completely not', but まったく is the everyday word; 何なんら is formal and bookish, and tends to pair with abstract nouns (何なんら問題もんだい・根拠こんきょ・関係かんけい). 少しも 少すこしも denies a degree ('not even a little'); 何なんら denies the existence of any instance at all ('not any whatsoever').
