Easily confused with
とあっては とあっては stresses an unavoidable response to a weighty circumstance, often an obligation. とあれば leans toward a willing readiness ('if it's for that, I'd gladly ~'). 〜なら なら is the everyday 'if'. とあれば marks a special circumstance or worthy purpose that justifies going to lengths. 〜たら たら sequences 'if/when ~ happens'. とあれば takes a given state of affairs as grounds for a strong commitment.
