〜ちゃう Both contract てしまう. ちゃう is the everyday casual form; ちまう is rougher and more masculine, common in blunt or old-fashioned speech (やっちまった!). Same meaning, gruffer tone. 〜てしまう ちまう is just てしまう in rough spoken style — identical completion/regret meaning, never used in writing or polite speech.
