Meaning

おなじく is the adverbial form of おなじ, so とおなじく means 'in the same way as X' and modifies the clause that follows. 去年きょねんおなじく、今年ことし豊作ほうさくだった ('the same as last year, this year was a good harvest too'). It sets the reference up front and says the new case patterns after it. More formal/written than the everyday とおなじで.
